- Playgon-Digital Nation Entertainment formally execute partnership agreement
- Deal sets stage for launch of Playgon AI Dealer platform
- Playgon CEO said the company is looking to launch tech into the igaming marketplace in Q3 2026
Playgon Games Inc. is one step closer to launching its AI-generated live online casino dealer technology into the igaming marketplace with the announcement that the company has formalized its agreement with Digital Nation Entertainment Ltd.

Formal Execution of the Agreement
The two companies had announced a memorandum of understanding last November announcing the partnership.
Playgon is a Vancouver-based tech firm that specializes in interactive gaming platforms, particularly live dealer casino solutions.
Speaking with Casino.org, company CEO Darcy Krogh said Playgon is targeting an initial rollout of the product into the igaming market in the third quarter of 2026.
The launch will be phased, beginning with Baccarat, followed by Blackjack, and then Roulette,” he said. “Our objective is to have the full AI Dealer suite completed before year-end.”
Ontario and U.S. Market Rollout
Digital Nation Entertainment (DNE), a multi-award-winning studio based in Santa Monica that specializes in real-time animation, volumetric capture, and emotionally responsive digital performance will co-develop and commercialize Playgon’s Al Dealer platform, and bring it to market.
The announcement of the formalization of the agreement between the two companies represents a departure from human-hosted dealer studios while embracing a future powered by AI-generated digital hosts. It allows for gameplay around the clock, eliminating the physical limitations that accompany live dealer operations.
Partnership with Aggregators
The system combines Playgon’s live dealer backend, powering the game logic and betting flow, with DNE’s real-time digital human technology and conversational AI. The AI dealers operate as real-time emotionally intelligent, multilingual responsive hosts, capable of natural conversation and ongoing interaction with players throughout the session.
“By combining DNE’s digital human AI technology, capable of natural speech, memory, and session-level adaptation, with Playgon’s proven live dealer systems, we are creating a new category of gaming experience that pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in real-time digital performance,” said Craig Evans Chief Executive Officer, Digital Nation Entertainment Ltd.
Speed to Market a Priority
Krogh said the new platform will eliminate one of the most significant cost drivers in live online casino operations – human dealers. He added Ontario and the U.S. are key target market priorities, alongside Europe through their Malta licensing framework.
“Any regulated market will be of keen interest for any licensing agreements as we roll out this innovative product,” he said. “From a distribution standpoint, we already maintain integrations with several leading aggregators, which will allow us to bring this product to market efficiently. Speed to market is a key priority as we look to establish a first-mover advantage in this category.
While no licensing agreements have been executed at this stage, we have shared early versions of the product with some select operators and have received strong initial feedback on quality. Given the competitive nature of this initiative, we are limiting further disclosure at this time.”
