A naked man was arrested last week after he allegedly pooped outside of a Pahrump, Nev. gaming facility.
On July 5, Aaron Kirk defecated on the sidewalk in front of a Dotty’s Casino location, according to the Pahrump Valley Times, a local news outlet.
Initially, Kirk took off his clothes, including camouflage pants, near the business located off of Route 160. The local sheriff’s office was alerted.
When a local deputy arrived, initially he couldn’t find the suspect. But then a Verizon Wireless store employee revealed the man was spotted naked inside a dumpster.
The employee was able to get a video where you can clearly see the male completely nude with his genitals exposed,” a deputy later wrote in an arrest report.
“The employee then pointed me to the direction where the male was last seen.”
Soon, Kirk was apprehended. He was acting erratically until the deputy could get him under control.
“He could not stand still and was not able to follow general commands,” Nye County Sheriff’s Deputy Hanon Daigler said in an arrest report.
The male still had feces on the pants that he was wearing,” the report added.
Kirk was charged with indecent exposure. He was also charged with possession of a schedule I and II substance.
The substance was crystal-like and was stored in a small container, according to the news report. Authorities said it tested positive for methamphetamine (meth).
After Kirk was booked at a local jail, his bail was set at $5K.
His case was turned over to local prosecutors. If found guilty, he could face a prison sentence.
Pahrump is located some 63 miles west of Las Vegas.
Sioux Falls Casino Robbed
A man walked into a Sioux Falls, S.D., casino early Friday and demanded cash. The suspect then fled.
No weapon was seen by a worker at the East Rice Street gaming property. But the suspect implied he was armed.
After getting the cash, the robber disappeared. There were no injuries.
Local police were alerted at about 1:50 a.m. Officers then viewed casino surveillance video to gather information that could lead to the suspect’s identity, according to the Sioux Falls Argus Leader, a local news outlet.
Sioux Falls Police Department spokesman Sam Clemens said the suspect was still on the loose as of Friday morning. It appears police had yet to even identify the suspect as of later on Friday.
Police didn’t reveal how much money was stolen.
