IGT, formed through the merger of International Game Technology and Everi Holdings in July 2025, unveiled its new logo on Day 1 of the G2E in Las Vegas. The London-headquartered gaming manufacturer and financial technology services provider said its new logo signals the company’s transformation and commitment to both its clients and the gaming consumer.

At G2E, our customers will see and feel the IGT transformation story in motion. Our new brand identity signals who we are becoming and how our culture, capabilities, and content are propelling us forward,” said Hector Fernandez, IGT CEO.

“We are providing operators with a fluid and frictionless, connected ecosystem with magnetic content that will excite players and drive performance,” Fernandez added.

Public Appearances

IGT said at the core of its new identity is a commitment to integrated solutions across the casino floor and providing in-demand games that keep players coming back.

The company added that its modern wordmark in a vivid purple gradient better represents its “expertise in action,” “proven experience,” and “practical advantage.” IGT believes the new logo demonstrates its commitment to customer success.

“When you grow, we grow,” the IGT release said.

IGT’s brand overhaul comes more than four years after one of its primary competitors, Scientific Games, rebranded to Light & Wonder (L&W) after selling off its lottery and sports betting divisions. L&W turned heads with its rebranding, with many on social media questioning the new identity.

The gaming industry will have a chance for an up-close look at the new IGT likeness this week at G2E. The gaming company, which is owned by asset management giant Apollo, has a full booth on display at the convention hosted at The Venetian Expo.
