Three Luxury Watches Stolen from Man’s Room at Vegas Resort, Women Charged

Three watches, valued at $120K, were stolen last week from a Wynn Encore Resort hotel room in Las Vegas while the guest slept.

The incident began when two men, one of whom was a guest at the hotel, met two women at a bar in the resort’s lobby.

The women suggested they all go up to the man’s room. After entering the room, one of the men fell asleep. One of the women stayed with him in the room.

When the sleeping man awoke last Friday, three of his six watches were gone as were the women.

The man alerted the police. When officers arrived, he described the stolen watches as:

  • An Audemars Piguet with a black face and full diamonds. Its value is $80K.
  • A Rolex Presidential with a green face and full diamonds. Its value is $25K.
  • A Rolex Submariner “Starbucks” with a black face. Its value is $15K.

Upon further investigation, the man also discovered a $1,200 transaction was made through Zelle, a digital payments network, from his account. It was paid to the woman.

She was identified as Nikailah McMasters, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD).

Did They Have Sex?

The man claimed he didn’t engage in sex with McMasters while the two were alone in the hotel room. But the second man said McMasters was told to “Take care of him,” according to a police report.

While the first man and woman were in one room, the second woman and man went into another room.

The second woman was identified by the LVMPD as Bailey Carr. She stripped and danced in the room and asked the second man for money in exchange for sex, according to the police report. The second man paid her $800 via Zelle, police added.

After the theft, the two women disappeared from the hotel. But on Sunday, the two women were spotted again at the Wynn Encore Resort.

Both were apprehended and charged with grand larceny exceeding $100K, residential burglary, and conspiracy to commit grand larceny, according to KLAS. McMasters also was charged with theft, valued at $1,200 or greater but less than $5,000.

If convicted, they could face prison sentences.

Prior Watch Theft

The LVMPD has investigated similar incidents where women were invited to men’s rooms at hotels, and pricey watches were stolen.

In July, Maiah Meleschi, a suspected prostitute, was arrested for allegedly swiping an $85K Rolex watch. She also stole a $35K gold necklace, police said. The incident took place in a guest room at the Bellagio Las Vegas.

The two met on the casino floor and the man paid her $1K in exchange for sex, police said. The man then fell asleep in his room. When he woke up, Meleschi was gone along with his Rolex, the chain, and some $3K in cash. Her case is still pending.
