The poor Las Vegas Strip buffet is not only on its last (crab) legs, the handful that remain are under attack from social media influencers with anti-social agendas.

In August, a troll who calls himself Mister Lewis Lux harassed staff, wasted food and made an asshat out of himself at the Palms buffet just to increase his viewership.

Now, Irish TikToker @ugh_madison has posted two videos testing how long she can grossly overserve herself at the costliest Las Vegas Strip buffets, the $80 Bacchanal at Caesars Palace and the $75 Buffet at Wynn.

Most people don’t realize this, but Strip buffets impose time limits on their guests, typically ranging from 90 minutes to 2 hours. And most people don’t realize this because they eat like humans.

The casinos claim the limits allow them to seat more guests. However, cynics would argue that cost-cutting is the real reason.

“Madison” was commended by commenters for her polite manners and the generous tipping. Unlike Mr. Lewis Lux, she was there to perform an experiment, not to get viewers to hate-watch.

“This was the best food I’ve had in my entire life,” she said of the Wynn, while calling the Bacchanal “the fanciest buffet ever.”

Madison wasn’t there to review the food, however, and foodies will probably have trouble watching her place strawberry icing on salmon and make caviar jellybean clam chowder.

The Findings

Madison was cut off after two hours at The Wynn, when a female server approached to inform her, “You cannot eat anymore, that’s it.”

After being handed a tip, however, the server did allow her to stay as long as long as she wanted — provided she stop serving herself food, though soda refills were OK.

The video, which earned 77,000 likes, ends with Madison passing up the offer.

At the Bacchanal, a video that earned her 179,000 likes, she was approached after only 90 minutes. The server didn’t cut her off, however. He just complimented her culinary commitment.

“I don’t know where it all goes, but you’re doing good,” he said, laughing.

Another entire hour of M&M-topped meatballs later, Madison was at the buffet when she noticed the same server clearing her table.

She was finally asked to leave — but in the politest way imaginable.

“Yeah, it’s been a long time,” the server said. “We have, like, a limit.” Then he added, “I mean, you can stay a little bit longer if you want, OK?” The server even got Madison another water while she scooped a final ice cream.

The total time she spent gorging at the Wynn? A whopping 2 hours and 55 minutes.

The finding that registered more with commenters, however, was how amazing some servers can be at handling difficult situations.

When Madison handed her server a tip, he replied, “I think you gave me too much.”

When she insisted that he keep it, he replied, “You sure?”

“EXCUSE ME IM CRYING😭😭😂,” wrote @kailynchanning.
