Hi, as the Replay Poker Operations Manager, one of my responsibilities is to monitor Replay Poker games for collusion and other types of illicit play. This includes checking that groups of accounts are not spoiling the fairness of games by colluding against other players, looking for players who have multiple accounts in order to unfairly get Free Chips and to monitor games for activity such as Chip dumping.
Collusion is generally defined as two or more players sharing information, such as their hole cards while playing at the same table and using that to their advantage in order to win Chips from unsuspecting opponents. This is obviously unfair and in many cases, is deemed outright cheating.
Chip dumping is where a player deliberately loses their Chips to another, usually a Friend by prior arrangement and often comes about when the Friend has a low stack and asks for a Top up or Loan. This is also against the Rules because even though Replay is Play Chips, many of our players have played for a long time in order to build their balance. Allowing others to simply leapfrog them through receiving Free Chips is unfair and devalues the Chips in play.
My objective is to keep the games fair for all, not to spoil the fun.
