Power to the people. Take what is yours, and give the rest. We all win in the end.
My grandpa, a meticulous banker and WW2 pilot with a bit of an edge, taught us girls to play poker when we were tiny. I grew up with the mystery, the fun, and the addiction of it but was then forbidden to play when I was a teenager because I was already seeking out cash games! I put it away for a few decades then rediscovered it last year during a 5 hour flight delay and it got me again. I study it, and meditate on it and how it reflects life's universal patterns. It helps me navigate life in the real world, knowing who is blustering, bluffing, telling it like it is, considering the stakes vs risk, the likelihood of outcomes. I think consciousness seeks out drama, just like poker does... It's a form of mental yoga and meditation. PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) is what one of my favorite people/players and coach PAL taught me best and I try my best to maintain it, albeit, I hate you sometimes too! You'll know it when I don't say gg after you all in me and win. But I still love you, don't fret. I'll be back!
I may one day play for real money, but I'm not good enough yet. I learn, thank you for all the help, and think it may just be best played as a sport. It's just so much fun, why muck it up?
I did do a little cash jaunt to AC last year, and got 3333 at 11:55pm, on the eve of 11.22.22 (my birthday). (Also hand of the hour) Maybe proof in the pudding that poker is part of the order of the cosmos?

I'm an artist... artisan, painter, designer... have played music (drums, percussion, guitar, piano/keyboard), write (scifi and parables), cook, grow things in the garden, read, watch youtube and X for news, spend a lot of time with my dog. Dislike the majority of the population lately, but finding I'm liking the majority here on replay. Go figure!
