Retired Engineer and love to play Poker. I started playing poker with my cousins at the ripe old age of 8. It was the only way they had of getting my marbles because I was a good shooter with a very strong right thumb. I worked for many years and many long days without playing any poker. But then found that I still remember all the rules. I am still learning the strategies and tactics. At 81 I am still amazed at how poker ignorant I am. I have never read a poker book or a book on how to play poker. I learned all my poker skills the hard way, at the table. Joshua, my German Shepherd dog, is 8 now . We used to walk every day but I had heart surgery a year ago, so now it's hit and miss. He was 11 months old when I took that photo. That's another hobby and another story. Have fun! I do.
