Third Eye Blind Draws Huge Crowd to Fremont Street
It was a highlight of the free summer concert season at downtown’s Fremont Street Experience as Third Eye Blind took to the stage and rocked a throng of thousands on Aug. 17, 2013.
Throng of Thousands, by the way, would not be a bad band name.
Third Eye Blind is made up of Stephan Jenkins (vocals), Brad Hargreaves (drums), Kryz Reid (lead guitar), Alex Kopp (keyboards) and Alex LeCavalier (bass guitar). At least that’s what the Internet says, and the Internet knows everything.
The group blew through a slew of hits, including possibly “Semi-Charmed Life,” “How’s It Going to Be,” “Never Let You Go” and others. The band has sold more than 10 million records worldwide.
There’s one more concert left in this year’s concert line-up, Puddle of Mud on Aug. 31 at 9:00 p.m. Also free, and free is awesome.
Arrive early, as these concerts are extremely popular, and parking can get tricky.
We risked severe cochlea damage to bring you an ass-ton of exclusive photos from the Third Eye Blind concert, so enjoy. And we’ll see you at the Fremont Street Experience soon. Seriously, we’re there three or four times a week. We clearly have issues.
