Caesars Rewards is a premier casino rewards and loyalty scheme with more than 60 million members. The all-encompassing brand, previously called Total Rewards, means you collect rewards credits and earn benefits while playing at the newly-rebranded Caesars Palace Online.
You can also pick credits up via Caesars' online sportsbook, as well as at land-based Caesars casinos and sports betting venues. The program is a fantastic way to gain perks as you explore the whole Caesars Entertainment experience online and at more than 55 land-based destinations.
Caesars Casino Rewards gives you standard Online Rewards Credits and Rewards Credits, as well as access to a VIP tier system that is available to all players. Once you have credits, you can redeem them online or at casino locations around the US. As one of the most extensive loyalty programs, Caesars Rewards allows you to cash in your credits for casino bonuses, trips, hotels, dining, shopping, and a whole lot more.

Benefits of Caesars Rewards
There are plenty of casino rewards programs out there, but Caesars’ online casino rewards may be just right for you. With interesting perks and a whole host of benefits, I wasn’t surprised to find Caesars Rewards are popular with online casino players and fans of in-person gambling. To help you make the best decision for your requirements, I’ve highlighted the benefits of choosing Caesars Rewards below.
Online rewards
Players at Caesars US online casino and sportsbook have a couple of options when it comes to cashing in the Online Rewards Credits they earn. For one, I found that you can trade points for bonus funds to spend on casino games and sports bets at online betting sites owned by Caesars Entertainment. Every 100 Online Reward Credits you earn is worth $1 in bonus cash – which is twice the value players get if they redeem Rewards Credits for Free Play at land-based venues.
You can also convert Online Rewards Credits for Rewards Credits to use for in-person experiences. However, I think you’re better off redeeming any credits earnt on Caesars’ online gambling platforms for online play thanks to the twice as favorable return rate.
In-person rewards
If you want to redeem your points at land-based Caesars locations, you get an excellent lineup of benefits, such as:
Free play at retail Caesars casinos
Receive bonus credit at Caesars casinos, allowing you to play games for free and potentially win real money.World Series of Poker entry tickets
Caesars Entertainment is the main sponsor and owner of WSOP. Tickets to the annual tournaments are available with Caesars casino rewards.Dining at participating venues
Redeem Rewards Credits for dining at more than 25,000 Caesars partner restaurants.Hotel bookings at Caesars destinations
There are over 30 Caesars casino hotels in the US, allowing rewards customers to redeem points for stays.Shopping experiences
Redeem points for store vouchers to spend at more than 55 Caesars shopping locations in the US.Show tickets, including Caesars Rewards Live Events
Caesars has shows running throughout the year in its casino resorts, including Las Vegas. Players can use their rewards points to claim tickets to events.Match your status
Caesars Rewards members can enjoy the perks from two incredible loyalty schemes by linking their Caesars Rewards account to their Wyndham Rewards account. And, as a huge plus, your status will be matched.
How Caesars Rewards works at Caesars Casino
Caesars Palace online casino does a solid job of making its rewards program flexible. There are three different reward currencies available: Online Reward Credits (ORCs), Rewards Credits (RCs), and Tier Credits (TCs). Each type has its own benefits, although I found that the ORCs and TCs are the best options.
- Online Reward Credits: This is the basic reward currency I earned while playing online at Caesars Casino. As the name suggests, ORCs are exclusive to online casinos and sportsbooks affiliated with Caesars. Alongside Caesars online casino, these include Tropicana Casino and Harrah’s Casino. It’s worth noting that exchanging ORCs for RCs or RCs for ORCs is easy if you switch between online and land-based casinos.
- Reward Credits: As the standard Caesars Rewards currency, RCs are available to all members and are given as they wager on casino games or sports at land-based venues. You can exchange them for Free Play and other benefits that I’ve listed above, including purchases from Caesars eCatalog.
- Tier Credits: Each player has a level in the Caesars Rewards VIP program. Open to everyone starting on the Gold level, there are six tiers with increasing benefits to pass through. Tier Credits and the number you hold determine your level.
One of the things I really like about Caesars Casino Rewards is how simple the earning methods are. Players earn ORCs, RCs, and TCs at the same rate, making it easy to understand how many you have. This is an efficient way of handling the currencies that I wish more online casino rewards programs would do.
How to earn Caesars Rewards credits at Caesars Casino
While I value the simplicity of the earning ratio, the complexity of how you earn points is more frustrating. Even so, the reason for that confusion is simply because Caesars Rewards is the most dynamic, rewarding, and flexible loyalty scheme around. To make it easy, the sections below separate the earning methods for Online Rewards Credits, Rewards Credits, and Tier Credits.
Online Rewards Credits
I spend time at Caesars online, so it’s really good to see the site gives Online Rewards Credits and Tier Credits equally. You won’t get the broad selection of methods for earning credits available in-person, but you can pick up rewards currency in the following ways:
Wagering category | How much to wager for 1 ORC and 1TC |
---|---|
Table games | $25 for 1 ORC and 1 TC |
Slots | $5 for 1 ORC AND 1 TC |
Sports betting | $5 profit made |
I understand the sports betting ratio may be confusing when you start thinking about different odds, so it’s worth clearing it up. Say you bet $10 on a team with -200 odds. That means the team is favored to win, so your reward is low. If the team wins, your profit is $5, which equals 1 TC and 1 ORC.
Now say you bet $10 on a team with +200 odds. That means the team is not favored to win, so your reward is high. If the team wins, your profit is $20, which equals 4 TCs and 4 ORCs. But what if you bet $10 on a team with +2,000 odds? That means the team is very unlikely to win, so your reward is huge. If the team wins, your profit is $200, which equals 40 TCs and 40 ORCs. That’s incredible, right?
To stop this from happening, there’s a rule. You can only get up to 2 TCs and 2 ORCs for every $1 you bet. So even if you make a $200 profit from a $10 bet, you can only get 20 TCs and 20 ORCs. That’s still good, but not as good or lucrative as it could be. I don’t know why Caesars has made this so complicated, but I guess it is to stop bettors from being able to grab easy points on safe wagers.
Rewards Credits
If you visit a Caesars or Eldorado-affiliated land-based location, you’ll pick up Reward Credits and Tier Credits for just about every purchase or bet you make. In terms of gaming, credits are available for all types of betting, from slots to blackjack, roulette, and even sports. 1 RC and 1 TC are available at the following betting rates:
Wagering category | How much to wager for 1RC and 1TC |
---|---|
Slots | $5+ |
Table games | Variable |
Video poker | $10+ |
Keno | $3 |
Bingo | $10 |
Sports betting | $5 profit made |
Caesars Casino also hands out Rewards Credits and Tier Credits for non-gaming and gambling activities. Specifically, players can collect credits when they shop, dine, stay in, and use amenities at Caesars and affiliate locations. While there is some variance, I found that most activities reward 1 RC and 1 TC for every $1.
Tier Credits
Caesars Palace Online and affiliated brands, land-based casinos, and online and retail offline sportsbooks all have the same ratio for TCs as ORCs and RCs. In other words, you earn ORCs, RCs, and TCs at the same time and at the same rate.
How many tiers does Caesars Rewards have?
Tier Credits serve as an extra VIP program that rewards players on top of the standard rewards credits. While this is a VIP-style service, it's open to all players. Over the years I’ve been playing on Caesars online casino, the six-tier system has been consistently one of the best options around. I especially like that building your Tier Credits is easy and happens alongside your Online Rewards Credits, allowing you to progress through the levels covered below.
However, Tier Credits are absolutely focused on Caesars’ land-based operations. In fact, virtually no perks are available to redeem online across any of the levels. That is disappointing because other online casino rewards programs, such as BetRivers iRush Rewards, offer benefits such as account managers, faster withdrawals, and higher deposit limits. You won’t get those on Caesars Palace online casino, but you will get a bunch of perks for Caesars locations around the country.
Gold: 0 tier credits
All Caesars Rewards members start their journey as a Gold player, which requires no credits to enter. It’s important to know Caesars resets Tier Credits for all players on January 1 each year. That means everyone starts on the Gold tier from that date. You won’t get many perks at this stage, just the ability to earn and redeem Caesars Rewards credits and access to occasional deals or bonuses.
Platinum: 5,000+ tier credits
Moving up to the Platinum tier, you can claim the following benefits:
● A 2-3 night free stay at The Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
● Free self and valet parking at select Caesars and affiliate properties.

Diamond: 15,000+ tier credits
You will notice a significant jump in quality when going to Diamond, with the following extra perks:

● Resort fees are waived.
Diamond Plus: 25,000+ tier credits
Alongside the above perks, an incremental improvement in this tier level gives you free access to Laurel Lounges.
Diamond Elite: 75,000+ tier credits
This level adds up to $600 to cover airfare to Las Vegas.
Seven Stars: 150,000+ tier credits
This is an invite-only section of the Tier program that is for high-rollers and the most loyal Caesars Casino customers. It provides the following privileges over previous tiers:
● $500 dinner celebration.
● Caesars pays up to $1,200 in airfare, provides round-trip airport transfers, and $500 for dining at any Caesars location.
● Early check-in, late check-out, and an upgrade to the best available hotel room.

For example, you can earn and use Online Rewards Credits at sites like Tropicana and Harrah’s Casino. Meanwhile, Wyndham Rewards matches with Caesars, allowing you to carry your credits from one brand to another.
